I took these pictures on various days during the past week.  I shot the photographs in Marion County, Florida in the neighborhood and development where I now live.  Please click on the thumbnail image to see the larger photo.  Enjoy!

  1. i love the flock of waxwings? in flight.

  2. O.K. let me guess…Blue Jay, Red Headed Woodpecker, Towhee, Swallows, and Dove. Did I get them?

    • Hi Ginny, There is debate and discussion whether or not the birds in that picture of a flock in flight are Swallows or are Waxwings. Don’t know. Rest are correct. Have a wonderful Thursday tomorrow and thanks as ever for your kind comments here!

  3. I love the Waxwings and the Towhee, I have not seen a Towhee yet this season. The bunny is cute, great captures! Have a great evening and I hope the rest of your week is a good one.

    • Hi Eileen, This one Towhee is the only one I have seen here in FL so far. We are seeing several different bunnies at about twilight near the greenbelts and golf. A few are brazen to go on people’s home lawns – none on my street so far. We have a shady street here. Have a super nice Thursday tomorrow!

  4. You sure have a nice variety there!

    • Hi Montucky, I am beginning to look at more areas nearby and am beginning to see many different animals and birds. Fun to see new ones but the old familiar ones are a comfort to find. Have a super good day tomorrow!
