  1. WOW!!! that cow with that rack!!! holy COW! 🙂

    • Hi Theresa, I am still not sure if it is an African Watusi or if it is an American Longhorn, but it sure was the star of the pasture. The cattle were on the ranch next door to our development. That ranch is owned by the family that developed and owns this community. They seem to be environmentally friendly folks. Have a wonderful day today!

  2. Wow, that ranch is a real bonus to your neighborhood!

    • Hi Montucky, It sure is. It also is a buffer zone between two developments (one owned by same company), as all that land was once part of the very large ranch. Even the retail areas are developed with an eye to nature by the same owner. That same company also developed and helps run the park where I have spotted Great Blue Herons (photographs on blog here several times). So kudos to the owner’s company. Have a really nice day tomorrow!

  3. Hi Linda, Nice for you to have a ranch nearby… Love that big cow… Look at those horns!!!! Wooooooo…

My favorite bird of course is the Bluebird… Glad you see them down there.
    Hugs,
    Betsy

    • Hi Betsy, Yes we do have a lot of Eastern Bluebirds around our neighborhood and in other spots nearby. I recall that you have a Bluebird house in your yard. Great to see the little baby birds grow up. Have a wonderful Thursday tomorrow!
