Here are more photographs of wildlife I took near Cedar Key, FL, the Lower Suwannee National Wildlife Refuge, and Levy County Road 326 (Eagle and Armadillo), on November 16, 2014.  I really enjoyed visiting both places tremendously!  By the way, the Armadillo was the first living Banded Armadillo I have ever seen.  Please click on the thumbnail image to see the larger picture.  Enjoy!

  1. You are really having fun, aren’t you! I would have loved to see the armadillo!

    • Hi Montucky, Oh yes! By the way, I had spotted the Armadillo walk across the road from a distance and we stopped to see if I could get a picture. The Armadillo stopped to munch on some grass so I got the picture. I did the best I could from a distance that would not bother the animal. It was hard as the critter was in tall grass. Glad you like the pictures today! Have a wonderful day and thanks for your kind comments!

  2. love the armor on that armadillo!
