Little Songbirds

DSC_9316 - Version 2

A male Eastern Bluebird, a female Yellow-bellied Sap Sucker, a male Baltimore Oriole, and a male Northern Cardinal, were all spotted in the last two weeks here.

The Baltimore Oriole is a Winter visitor and was seen at Tuscawilla Park in Ocala, FL.  I also saw the Northern Cardinal at that same park.  The Bluebird and woodpecker were spotted here in the housing development where I live.  Please click on the thumbnail image to see the larger picture.  Enjoy!

    • Hi Eileen, Thanks! I am happy to say that I saw a Downy Woodpecker, several warblers of different kinds, and a Red-bellied Woodpecker and 2 Morning Doves in my yards here this AM. Very nice to see the small songbirds back here after not seeing many for weeks on end. I also went to Tuscawilla Park and saw a lot of larger birds there. Have a really nice Thursday tomorrow!
